HOW DO I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY BONUS?
Get 1,000 points in your birthday month. To receive birthday bonus, you must have at least one order fulfilled 30 days before the first of your birthday month. Else, you won't be entitled for the birthday bonus.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY POINTS?

CAN I REVERSE REDEEMED POINTS BACK TO MY ACCOUNT?
No. Points redeemed for discount code will remain in your account, until it is used.
Discount code expires after 12 months.
CAN I TRANSFER MY POINTS?
No. You are not permitted to transfer points to another membership.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND?
Our policy lasts 14 days. Goods sold are non-refundable. However we understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. 14 days have gone by since the receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return/exchange.
