JOSEPHINE HOON - Josephine started her yoga journey back in 2009. It was one class & she was hooked! She had never done any other form of exercise prior & yoga seemed to be feasible enough to keep coming back. Over the years, her journey has taken her through various forms & styles of practice, as she believes we are all ever evolving & growing.

U MEI - U Mei a Marathoner, Diver, Traveler & Fitness Influencer. When she's not teaching Triple B or Ride HIIT she is happiest behind a 4WD, exploring the globe with her hubby and 2.5 year old daughter. Her mantra in life is, with the right attitude and spirit, only the sky's the limit!

ALANDO ATKINSON - Alando gets involved in anything worth competing in. At the early age of 11, Alando won the Gold Medal for Malaysia at the World Kick Boxing Championships in Spain. At the age of 19 he signed his first professional contract as a football player in Singapore. Fitness was a natural route post football. As an ACE Personal Trainer and GFIT Group Trainer, Alando will ensure you smash your fitness goals.

JEAN LIEW - Jean is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor (GFIT).  Her fitness roots started with competitive sports from a young age as she used to compete in national equestrian sports and tennis. She had always been a regular gym-goer and developed a passion for powerlifting.  Besides, personal training, she is experienced trainer in group classes especially HIIT, circuit and functional training.
